7 countries you can travel without Covid19 restrictions

Traveling around the world has become easier in the last few months, almost for all travellers. We must admit: Covid19 has dramatically affected the world and the way we used to travel but so far all the restrictions have been slightly lifted. In this article I will list 7 countries you can travel without Covid19 restrictions.


Currently, there are many countries where travellers can enter with no restrictions. Some of them are in Europe and others are a little further away. If possible, we recommend that you always strictly follow your country’s public health guidelines, before traveling. It’s always good advice you regularly check government guidelines for both the country you want to visit and the country you are leaving from after your return. Below is a complete list of countries where you can enter without restrictions.

1. Greece

After May 1st, 2022, all travelers will be able to enter the country without evidence of PCR negative or rapid antigen testing. The traveler locator form is no longer required.

However, you may need to get a quick Covid test on arrival. If the test is positive upon arrival in Greece, you (and your fellow travelers) must be self-quarantined at home or in a hotel for at least 5 days (this is paid by the Greek state). If you are asymptomatic on day 5, you can leave the quarantine. For holiday inspiration, check all the activities you can do in Greece based on the destination you choose.


2. Italy

From June 1st, 2022, Green Covid-19 certification is no longer required to enter Italy from European Union countries and third countries. COVID-19 restrictions on international travelers are no longer in force. In Italy, several containment measures are in place until June 15th, including the use of masks in certain situations. If you are planning to visit Italy, check all the activities you can based on your destination.


3. Portugal and Madeira

COVID-19 travel restrictions have been lifted in Portugal. Providing proof of vaccination, recovery from COVID-19 or negative test results is no longer required. A passenger locator form is no longer required for entry to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.

4. Spain

If you are travelling to Spain by air or sea from an EU or Schengen Area country you will not be required to present a health control form or a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Alternatively, you must present a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate or a test certificate. 5. Croatia

All travelers can enter Croatia without proof of vaccination or a negative test Also, you are not obliged to fill out the passenger position form. Croatia is a fascinating summer travel destination. Check here all the information about what to do upon arrival.

6. Maldives

7. Dubai and United Arab Emirates

From February 26th, 2022, passengers traveling to Dubai from all countries must present a valid vaccination certificate, a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 48 hours of boarding or a valid medical certificate stating the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 within a month.
